iRel 40 is an ECSEL research project that its main objective is to improve the reliability by reducing the failure rate. A consortium of different companies and institutions collaborate making research and providing their know-how and experience in this field o get the different challenges and objectives of the project.

ULMA Embedded Solutions participates in the consortium leading the industrial pilot “Smart Digital Twin Testing Environment for digital hardware”. We will contribute with the definition of the industrial pilot that will be then implemented with the rest of the partners. We will oversee the implementation of the use case as end-user and will make use of the new methods to boost the continuous quality and testing of the hardware components.

Is expected that this project will strengthen the industrial competitiveness of electronic components and systems for transport and mobility, digital industry and energy application by reliability along the value chain.
