Quality and Security Policy

ULMA EMBEDDED SOLUTIONS S.COOP is a company dedicated to the conceptualization, design, development and manufacturing of mechatronic products with relevance or prevalence of embedded electronics in them, especially in high functional safety demanding and regulated environments, primarily for the railway, medical and industrial sectors. It also offers consultancy services and integration of first-level tools in the development, verification and validation cycle of Software products/services.

It considers Quality Management and Information Security as a fundamental factor for the achievement of its Mission; understanding that its main objective of seeking business excellence must be focused on the Satisfaction of the External Customer, People (Internal Customer) and Society, as well as guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and business continuity; establishing for this purpose the following basic objectives:

  • Introduce a philosophy of Continuous Improvement in our equipment and services.
  • Comply with applicable legislation and regulations for our services and products in the different sectors in which we are present.
  • Consider people and their motivation as an essential source of continuous improvement, foster improvement ideas, learning and teamwork among all staff.
  • Protect our information against internal and external threats with management based on risk identification.
  • Maintain fluid communication channels between the company and the different social elements, clients and suppliers in their work environment.

To achieve the established objectives, ULMA EMBEDDED SOLUTIONS S.COOP commits to developing and implementing a Quality and Information Security Management System in accordance with international standards and industrial best practices.

The success of the aforementioned Management System requires the involvement of all people and the explicit leadership of Management. Thus, Management assumes the responsibility of disseminating, complying with, improving and reviewing this Policy by assigning the necessary resources and pursuing its improvement and continuous enhancement.
